One of the many ways available to making money and earning an income online is through writing eBooks. After all, eBooks contain INFORMATION, and people do go online to look for all sorts of information.
The problem is sometimes finding information online is easier said than done. Sometimes if you don't type in the correct search terms, or if the truly useful stuff you are looking for is buried under a sea of (may or may not be relevant) search results, you can have a hard time finding what you want. This can be very frustrating, and sometimes it is worth it to pay for the information to save all the trouble. This is something like setting up a business and the regulations surrounding the subject. I'm sure you can find the relevant information online for free if you search hard enough - but it's easier to buy a book which everything you need to know in one place.
In the same way, you can sell or market an eBook if you can write and compile useful information into a good package.
However, writing an eBook can appear to be intimidating. I mean, WRITE A BOOK? Sometimes I'm not even sure if I can write an essay - but the truth is writing an eBook can be very do-able even if it sounds tough. After all, you won't be graded as if you are taking some kind of English Literature exam - it's ok (and preferable) to keep the language simple.
You can pick the subject matter of your choosing - be it your interests, talents or knowledge which you believe will be useful to other people. This should make things easier as you are more familiar with the subject; or at least more interested to research into it as well.
Some of you may think that whatever it is that you are interested in may not be 'valuable' enough to sell. But people do spend on the things that interest them. Teenagers pay money to purchase guidebooks for videogames, people pay for tabloid magazines. Hobbyists pay for books which teach them how to make their craft better - so if it interests you, it will interest others as well, and the information you hold may be more valuable than you initially expect if it really benefits people.
So maybe you can start by making a list of the subjects you are interested in writing into an eBook, and also do remember to jot down any new ideas that may spring up in your mind. It may just be the basis of a new eBook. Thanks and cheers and all the best.
