Downloading such information and using it could make you loose much money since the information is outdated.
3- Also insure that the e-book is in a step by step format. It is quite easy to read such e-books and you would be able to easily implement what the book teaches. You can have an idea about this from the title of the e-book. Look out for titles such as: A step by step guide to AdWords, or step by step guide to whatever you are looking for. Or 7 important tips to know about AdWords or what ever is it that you are looking for.
